TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Jobs inside the Congestion Zone will incur a £15 surcharge.

2. Parking costs. You will be required to cover all parking costs associated with your booking for the time we are working at your property or collecting parts/materials.

3. Materials. These will be charged at cost PLUS 20%. A copy of receipts will be made available to you should you request them.

4.Any jobs in Zone 1 (https://tfl.gov.uk/tfl/syndication/widgets/tubemap/default-search.html) are subject to a minimum 2 hr charge per man.

5. There is a minimum charge of 1 HOUR per booking (2 hours in Zone 1). All subsequent time is chargeable at 1 minute increments.

6. Waiting time. If you're running late from the time you requested, you will be charged from the start of the booking time until the job is complete.

7. Missed appointments are chargeable at £50 per hour per man plus any parking/material costs (minimum 2hrs in Zone 1)

 

8. Cancellation. Jobs cancelled on the same day as the appointment are charged at £50 plus VAT (£100 plus VAT in Zone 1) cancellation fee plus any associated costs i.e. parking, materials etc. Jobs cancelled more than 24hrs in advance can be done so by email and must be confirmed by a reply.

 Our rates are clear and open.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - £50 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs (excluding plumber/electrician) 

Monday to Friday after 5pm - £70 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs 

(excluding plumber/electrician) 

Saturday 8am to 4pm - £70 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs 

(excluding plumber/electrician) 

Sunday anytime £120 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs 

(excluding plumber/electrician) 

£50 COVERS YOUR FIRST HOURS LABOUR .

ANY EXTRA COSTS ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AND PAYABLE BEFORE THE HANDYMAN LEAVES SITE.
