TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If you live inside the Congestion Charge Zone, we will add £15.00

2. Parking costs. You will be required to cover all parking costs associated with your booking for the time we are working at your property or collecting parts/materials.

3. Materials. These will be charged at cost PLUS 15%. A copy of receipts will be made available to you should you request them. 

4. There is a minimum charge of 1 HOUR per booking. All subsequent time is chargeable at 1 minute increments. 

5. Waiting time. If you're running late from the time you requested, you will be charged from the start of the booking time until the job is complete.

6. Cancellation. Jobs booked for the same day are charged at £40 plus VAT cancellation fee. Jobs booked a more than 24hrs in advance can be cancelled by email and must be confirmed by a reply. 

7. Our rates are clear and open.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - £40 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs

Monday to Friday after 5pm - £48 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs

Saturday 8am to 4pm - £48 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs

Sunday anytime £90 per hour plus vat, materials and extra costs

£40 COVERS YOUR FIRST HOURS LABOUR .

ANY EXTRA COSTS ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AND PAYABLE BEFORE THE HANDYMAN LEAVES SITE.
