MONDAY TO FRIDAY
8AM TO 5PM - £50 ph
We charge a flat rate for our services during these time - £40 per hour plus VAT at 20%.
Parking, congestion charge and materials will be added to the final bill. Materials will have a mark up of 15% and will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Travel time during the job to get materials is chargeable but usually we have most items on board.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
5PM ONWARDS
The rate for our services during these time increases to £65 per hour plus VAT at 20%.
Parking, congestion charge and materials will be added to the final bill. Materials will have a mark up of 15% and will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Travel time during the job to get materials is chargeable but usually we have most items on board.
If your job crosses into this rate, you will be charged £50 up to 5pm and £65 for any time after 5pm.
SATURDAY
8AM - 4PM
The rate for our services during these time is £60 per hour plus VAT at 20%.
Parking, congestion charge and materials will be added to the final bill. Materials will have a mark up of 15% and will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Travel time during the job to get materials is chargeable but usually we have most items on board.
SUNDAY
8AM - 4PM
We charge a flat rate for our services during these time - £95 per hour plus VAT at 20%.
Parking, congestion charge and materials will be added to the final bill. Materials will have a mark up of 15% and will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Travel time during the job to get materials is chargeable but usually we have most items on board.
HIDDEN COSTS?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
The clock doesn’t start ticking until the handyman has seen the job and fully understands what must be done. Once you are happy with the work we undertake for you, the clock stops and you are automatically invoiced paying only for the minutes worked plus any extra costs. The invoice is automatically created and emailed directly to you. You can pay via our engineers’ tablet or online and we do not store credit or debit card details
We will add to your bill any parking costs, congestion charge and materials. A 15% mark up will be added to any purchased materials. You are welcome to a copy of any receipts should you require them, just ask the engineer.
